Event Details
Georges Simenon wrote 500 works of fiction including 75 novels featuring Inspector Jules Maigret. Mid 20th century Paris comes alive in these immersive, atmospheric stories; the people, the streets, canals and neighborhoods, the smells, the food and drink, the rich and the poor, the young and old, the perpetrators and the victims. And most of all the unique methods of the iconic Inspector Maigret. Come to the Sanibel Library on March 10th for a 90 minute window into the life of Simenon and his most famous fictional creation. Join Aaron Cohen for this interesting literary event.
