Matt's "Five Unusual Spices" presentation returns this year featuring more uncommon, unique and often misunderstood spices and herbs. Learn about using these ingredients in a culinary setting, and a bit of history along the way. This program will feature Allspice, Asafoetida, Damiana, Fenugreek, and Heather Flower. Attendees will receive a presentation booklet featuring tips and recipes to try at home, along with samples of the featured spices (while supplies last).
