PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

The Sanibel Public Library District Board of Commissioners Will convene a Special Meeting

To Discuss the Hiring of the Executive Director

On:

Friday, May 10, 2024 at 1:00 P.M.

To be held at the Sanibel Public Library 770 Dunlop Road Sanibel FL Public is welcome.

Any person requiring special accommodations at any meeting because of a disability or physical impairment should contact Duane Shaffer, Library Director at 239-472-2483 at least 48 hours prior to the meeting.

IF A PERSON DECIDES TO APPEAL ANY DECISION OF THE BOARD WITH RESPECT TO ANY MATTER CONSIDERED AT SUCH MEETING, HE OR SHE WILL NEED A RECORD OF THE PROCEEDINGS AND FOR SUCH PURPOSE HE OR SHE MAY NEED TO ENSURE THAT A VERBATIM RECORD OF THE PROCEEDING IS MADE, WHICH RECORD INCLUDES THE TESTIMONY AND EVIDENCE UPON WHICH THE APPEAL IS TO BE BASED.
