Library Lovers' Day

Join us for a special Library Lovers' Day program filled with fun activities for book enthusiasts of all kinds! Whether you're a longtime library fan or a new reader, this event is the perfect way to celebrate your love of books and the library. Enjoy three exciting activities:

• Blind Date with a Book: Take a chance and pick a surprise book! Our wrapped books come with a brief description, but the cover is a mystery. Will you fall in love with your next great read?
• Love Letters to Books & the Library: Express your love for books, authors, or the library by writing heartfelt "love letters." Share your favorite reads, your love for the library, or a special connection you’ve had with a book that changed your life. These letters will be displayed for all to enjoy!
• Bookish Craft Station: Get creative and make your own book-themed crafts! Whether it's a personalized bookmark, a decorative bookplate, or something else, you’ll leave with a unique keepsake to remind you of your love for reading.

This event is all about embracing the joy of books, creativity, and community within the library. All ages and skill levels are welcome, so bring your friends and fellow book lovers to join in the fun! Supplies will be provided, and you’ll leave with new books, memories, and maybe even a few new friends who share your love of reading.
