Event Details

This class is specially crafted for tweens and teens who are eager to enhance their physical fitness, boost their confidence, and de-stress in a supportive and fun environment. You'll experience a mix of bodyweight exercises and mindful breathing techniques to help you feel strong, flexible, and grounded.
